Welcome to PowerPlayGoal.com loves, the section on PowerPlayGoal.com where we don’t blame all our problems with hockey on Gary Bettman, The Phoenix Coyotes, or to there not being a team in Kansas.

Today, we pay tribute to a bunch of adverts that the Boston Bruins created, playing on the term “hockey rules”. The advertising is simple; don’t mess with the rules, else the Boston Bruins mascot is going to make your life a little more akward. Despite the adverts not being real; it is a real shame, as the advert series speaks to all those people we like to complain about over in The Definitive Fan; well the ones that annoy us anyway.

First up, those people who insist on tucking in their hockey jerseys. Why?

Next, and my personal favourite; a lesson for those of you who spend all the time on their phone rather than watching the game:

And, to those of you who are thinking of leaving the game just because you want to beat the rush…

Don’t sleep with the enemy…

And finally I cannot help but feel that the idea of a bear using a urinal is a little odd:

So yes, as seen above; violate these rules and some guy in a giant bear costume is going to come and beat the shit out of you (or show you the way to the nearest furry gathering)

Im KevKev, and this is PowerPlayGoal.com
